Add a person

Module permissions
Tick what a person may touch. These checkboxes are the same data the database reads when it decides what to return — not a screen decoration. A dash means the database reads no such key for that module, so there is nothing to grant. Ticking add, edit or admin ticks view with it: nobody can act on a list they cannot open.
